The five-step process

1. 1. Book your dates

   Pick your delivery and return dates and times. Delivery windows run 9 AM to 9 PM every day, including weekends and holidays.

2. 2. Tell us where you're staying

   Hotel, Airbnb, airport, or convention center — anywhere in the Las Vegas valley. Add your room or bell desk details at checkout.

3. 3. We deliver charged and sanitized

   Your scooter arrives fully charged, cleaned, and ready to ride, with a quick walkthrough on controls, speed settings, and charging.

4. 4. Ride and charge nightly

   Charge in your room overnight or leave it with the bell desk. A full charge typically covers a full day of Strip sightseeing.

5. 5. Leave it and go

   On your return date, hand the scooter to the bell desk. We handle pickup — no packing, no return trip.

Tips for a smooth handoff

• Give us your cell number so the driver can text on arrival — resort lobbies are big.
• If you land late, schedule delivery to the bell desk for the next morning instead.
• Ask the bell desk for the accessible entrance; it is usually near the valet or rideshare area.
• Charge nightly. Vegas days are longer than they feel.
• Book early during convention weeks — CES and SEMA sell out inventory across the city.
